1. Order Processing Time
All custom products take about a week to ship. We will take a video for you after we are done. Generally, we will ship before the next day (excluding weekends and holidays) after we get your confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

We will ship through 4PX's standard logistics or Yuntu Standard Logistics, and the logistics time for most areas is 10-15 working days

3. International Shipping
Tariffs and Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs.

4. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact our whatsapp directly (+86 15656593760) for a faster response.

5. Shipping Address and Changes
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout - we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Need to change your address? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to reroute your package once it has been shipped.

6. Lost or Delayed Package
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the carrier first.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will re-ship or refund (depending on the situation).

7. Quality Check Before Shipment (Customized Orders Only)
For personalized items, we will send a video or photo confirmation before shipping.

Once the order is approved, it is considered a final sale (no cancellations, returns or refunds accepted).
