1. Returns & Refunds
 Standard Products (non-customized):

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Customer covers return shipping costs. Refunds processed within 3 business days after receiving the return.

 Custom Products (e.g., engraved items, printed designs, made-to-order goods):

  • Final sale – no returns, exchanges, or refunds (due to personalized production).

  • Exceptions: If the item arrives damaged or significantly differs from the order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.


2. Pre-Shipment Quality Check (Custom Orders Only)
To ensure your satisfaction:

  • Video Approval: We will send a detailed video of your finished product (including close-ups, personalization, and packaging) via email/WhatsApp before shipping.

  • Confirmation Required: Your reply approving the video releases us from further return liability. Once shipped, the order cannot be altered or refunded.

    3. After-Sale Support

    • Shipping Damage:

      • Film the unopened package + damaged item immediately upon delivery.

    • Wrong/Missing Items:

      • Provide order number and comparison photos. We’ll ship correct items promptly.
