Final sale – no returns, exchanges, or refunds (due to personalized production).

2. Pre-Shipment Quality Check (Custom Orders Only)
To ensure your satisfaction:

Video Approval: We will send a detailed video of your finished product (including close-ups, personalization, and packaging) via email/WhatsApp before shipping.

Confirmation Required: Your reply approving the video releases us from further return liability. Once shipped, the order cannot be altered or refunded.
