All art should be  uploaded to the custom page or submitted to our whatsapp:+8615656593760  in high resolution art files. Vector is the preferred format, especially for custom logo and colored projects.  Vector files are labeled ai, eps or PDF and can be manipulated by our design team for templating.
We can color match when provided with Pantone color reference numbers. 
We offer 1 hour of free design service. All design work will be billed at $75.00 per hour beyond the first hour. The first hour is devoted to  templating, spacing and color matching.
There is a 90-yard minimum order for all custom work
All set-up, plate and color fees are waived
Please note all custom orders are final sale once the proof is approved by the customer. There are no refunds or returns on custom work.
